Purchase of Projects/Tutorials and Classes includes a limited use license for one (1) person, which gives you legal permission to use my copyrighted intellectual property (Projects/Tutorials) within the stated parameters of this agreement explained below.
Any other use is a violation of federal copyright laws.
You do not own the project instructions or photos, but have purchased the rights to use them as outlined in this agreement below. The creator (me) retains all other rights.
Attending a class or purchasing and/or downloading the files indicates your acceptance to abide by the terms of this agreement.
Class Project or Artist Tutorials
Jewelry pieces made from my Classes/Tutorials which are created for resale purposes are subject to my policy.

Printed Project Instructions
All the designs and/or projects are licensed and protected by US & International copyright laws.
These designs pieces are copyrighted by me, Cheryl Coccaro.
The use of any of these projects for any other purpose besides what is allowed, by this limited agreement, requires a separate written permission from me.
You are not allowed to pass on tutorials or any replica or copy to give or share with any other person or people, or to use them, sell them for any purpose.
This refers to the instructions and photos pertaining to, or from the instructions.
Use in Advertising, Newsletters and Magazines
A legal license for the projects, tutorials or photos used is required by me, along with notification of intent to use in any magazines, newsletter, etc. before it is published, including a proof of the ad before it is released.

must be given.
Presenting any of these projects in a magazine, newsletter or advertisement is strictly forbidden without my written consent.
Personal Use
This limited license allows you to use the tutorials/projects to create items for your personal use.
You can also use the projects to create handmade pieces to give to others or to sell within the restrictions of this agreement below.
You are allowed to make and sell a limited number (10) of an item for "Pin Money".
The copyright allows for instructions written by Cheryl Coccaro to be used for hand-crafted jewelry (limit to 10) sold directly to the consumer without any copyright infringement.
The intent here is for the professional crafter to be able to use these instructions to make hand-finished products for limited resale.
Handcrafted items do not include project instructions or photos placed on a page, or on the internet, and printed or downloaded for the purpose of sharing or being sold.
In other words, you may not copy or distribute any project/tutorial instructions or to anyone with my expressed written consent.
Instead you may give any interested party my name and telephone number, or the url of this website. I do offer my studio classes here in Yarmouthport, Massachusetts.
